Non-denominational, all faiths, cultures and all sexual orientations. Prior to Ceremony: First, you must go online and register at the Gilmer County Probate Court. Next: You and your soon to be spouse will need to go to Gilmer County Probate Court with drivers licenses and if needed divorce documentations. You then will receive a wedding license which will be brought to me and signed after ceremony. Last: This signed document must be taken back to probate court and then you will receive your legal marriage certificate. Marriage Ceremony Prices* Elopements: $175. Simple short ceremony at your chosen place. Small weddings: $250. Ceremony with guests at your chosen place. Maximum 20 guest if you choose my river house for your venue. Quickies: $75 you just need to make it legal. No ceremony, no vows. You don’t even need to get out of your car.
